Vice-President of AMPHE

Dr. Judy Cruz-Ransom is a remarkable individual who has dedicated her life to serving others through her work in both music and criminal justice. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Judy's passion for music was evident from a young age. She first joined a choir at the age of 11 and quickly discovered her love for singing.
